I'd be a knight in a shiny armour.
I'd save the princess and carry her away on my fast horse.

I'd say the same as you, I'd be a princess in some fantasy film, where a knight in shining armour has to rescue me and we live happily ever after

I know I'm a dork but I love literature so to get to play one of my heroes would be awesome. I'd love to play Jane Austen or a Shakespearean lady or, if there were ever a movie about Ani DiFranco, I'd like that.

I'd be Meryl Streep in Bridges of Madison county - and believe me, I'd go for that handsome photographer Clint Eastwood (but I'd take my kids with me as well...)!
