Looks like it will work to me.
Do not forget your RAM;
240-pin DDR2-800 Dual Channel DIMM slots
It have 4 slots and say for a total of 8 GB so the up to a 2 GB per slot max.

Yes, they are both Socket AM2, but I know where you can get them with the same warranty and a bit less expensive.

Yes they'll work, they are compatible.

Socket AM2 mobo for a Socket AM2 processor.
