I'm starting to take a look at the Arkansas Governor's position on the issues and I like what I see so far. He's for eliminating a lot of federal tax programs, pro life, pro traditional marriage, pro 2nd Amendment, pro charter schools and vouchers, pro Israel, and he has experience governing. He looks like a conservative to me. How about you?

You might want to take a look at the Governors record as Governor where he raised taxes ALOT. Was moderate to liberal on social issues and grew the state Government, he did not reduce it. His favorite thing to do was maximize Federal dollars to the state.
He's more conservative than the other fellows, but he is GW Bush in a more pleasant demeanor, I'm pretty sure.

At this factor, even if if Romney has "dropped out", he nonetheless has greater delegates than Mike Huckabee does. And if Romney's not interested in being McCain's vice chairman, then he's rather much less interested in working with Huckabee.

No, Huckabee is soft on illegal immigration. He made deals with the Mexican govt to bring a consulate to Arkansas. He did nothing to stop the illegal alien invasion of his state, so how can he be trusted to deal with the 20 to 38 million illegal aliens in our country? Romney, Thompson, Tancredo, Hunter and Ron Paul will do what is necessary to deal with the illegal alien invaders. Huckabee Finn would give amnesty to most to them.

Huckabee is not a fiscal conservative, in fact his policies worry me.. In a prior debate he stated that he would enter a war with Iran without the consent of Congress, he is for amnesty for illegal immigrants, not to mention he wants us to invest our social security into Wall Street.. he has already been investigated for ethics violations and if elected he will raise taxes and sink the US into more debt..

He's a bit weak on boarder and immigration issues, but pretty much ok otherwise... I personally like Duncan Hunter, but I don't think that he has much of a chance.
