i've been married for almost 10 years and i want to leave my husband. he's a jurk when it comes to things like that, every time i talk about it to him he thinks i'm joking and tells me he won't let me leave him. how can i get him to leave? or atleast me leave? one thing about my husband ,he's a bad *** and is a real jurk when it comes to us splitting up. can someone please help me!

If you really want to leave then you leave. He goes to work yes? Pack up the few things that mean the most to you and leave when he is not home. Leave a note that you will not be coming back. File for divorce and move on. You don't have to tell him where you are well, if you have kids you would but, you know what I am saying.....

Yeah go file for divorce and tell him if he wants to work things out then he goes to marriage counseling with you and HE can pick the counselor.Just make sure they are in the phone book before you start sessions.Stay in a woman's shelter if he is dangerous, and forget counseling just get away from him.

You have your own choices of who you want to live with and who you don't want to live. The first day you decided to be with and married the guy. You have also accepted the way he is. You should have stoodtall to your own decision without any conrtrary to yourself as you guys are progressing towards your goals as wife and husband in life. Suck it up! Just pack your bag and take what you want and walk out... If he dose not get the message than he is a dumb a** ... It sounds like you might be a little afraid of him... Most men that think they are bad a**es are generally wimps so blow him off and walk...

just pack his bags put them by front door and change locks then write him a letter and drop it out bedroom window and hell get the message. good luckxxx

easy just take off one day. go somewhere where you know he wont be able to find you (maybe a cousins house, co-worker, etc) then just file for divorce.
