Yum both. Not at the same time though, well unless it's Parmesan cheese with the sauce.

I have a wonderful recipe for a pomodoro style with olive oil, parmesan, asiago and romano cheese, sauteed portabella mushrooms and peppers, basil, rosemary and oregano. It is fantabulous with linguine pasta. But then again, my marinara is the best around.

Salsa, or red wine vinegar with a packet of hidden valley ranch mixed up with the red wine vinegar, it's good. I Love cheese to but if I had to pick it would be sauce.
