I LOVE Greta from your girl list -- especially with your other children's names ;) -- and quite like Juliet and Caroline as well.
Since you haven't repeated an initial as of yet, and Elle could conceivably be used as a shortening for Evangeline as well, I'd shy away from it for this baby. Also, assuming Anders is, in fact, a boy, I'd definitely avoid "Tanner" for a girl. Your other girls' names are obviously classic and feminine, so it seems odd to give this one a generally-masculine occupational surname meaning "one who tans hides."
Of the boy choices, Sebastian seems an EXCELLENT fit -- though again, only if you don't mind repeating an initial -- and Miles and Colby would be my second choices. I'd like Milo even more, with the other kids, by the way. ;) Wyatt works, but seems a bit too similar to Lylah when spoken. Might get confusing. ;)

Since all of your other girls have very girly names, I would rule out a unisex name for this daughter. (I am assuming that Anders is a boy).
For that reason, I would have to cross Tanner off your list, though it is cute.
Of those left for a girl, I really like Juliet. Caroline and Elle are pretty, but don't seem as special as Juliet.(I know a million Carolines, and Elle just doesn't seem substantial enough to me.) I also think that Greta would go well, but I like Juliet better because it is more elegant and beautiful.
For a bou, I love all of your choices, but I think that either Sebastian or Miles would go best with Anders. You have chosen very cool but timeless names, and for that reason I would not choose Wyatt, Colby or Brittan. I like those names, but they are not as classic as the other two.
So: for a girl, Juliet
for a boy Sebastian or Miles
Good luck finding the perfect name! Great choices!

Wow, you have chosen beautiful names for your children! I love them.
If the new little one is a girl, I like Greta or Juliet the best. (I love, love, love Greta.) They are both less common than Caroline or Elle, and much more feminine than Tanner.
If you have a boy, I like Sebastian and Miles the best, followed closely by Wyatt. They are all strong masculine names with good historical precedent, but they are cute and uncommon, too.

Love, love, love all your names! Evangeline, Anders, Lylah, and Sophie sound absolutely adorable lol.
For your next kid, if it's a girl, I think Greta, Juliet, and Caroline flow the best. Tanner is a bit too tomboy-ish to fit in with the very feminine Evangeline, Lylah and Sophie (though I'm assuming Anders is your son). And I'm not really a fan of alliteration, so Elle is out lol. But of those three, I love Juliet the best - Greta is gorgeous, but the similar -a ending with Lylah is a bit too match-y match-y for me lol. Same goes with Caroline's -line ending and Evangeline's -line ending. Though they're pronounced differently, visually they look too similar.
For a boy, I really like Wyatt, Colby, and Miles. Brittan is a bit too feminine for my (it's only one letter off Brittany!). Sebastien, though an incredibly awesome name, is alliterated with Sophie so it's out for me as well lol. Of those three, I think Wyatt is my favorite - similar in style to the other names, but different enough to stand out (as the rest of your children do lol - great job!). Have you guys considered Milo instead of Miles? I don't know why, but I just really love that variation instead lol, though Miles is still a great name. Colby is just a little too similar to Sophie for me, somehow.
Evangeline, Anders, Lylah, Sophie, and Juliet or Evangeline, Anders, Lylah, Sophie, and Wyatt each sound like a really cool sibling set!
If you guys are still looking for names, try www.nymbler.com - type in names you already like, such as the names of your existing children lol, and up will come tons more suggestions based on your style. Sometimes you might have to modify things a bit to make sure the name is in their database though - like Lilah instead of Lylah, but it might be in there, so just keep trying.
Good luck and congrats!!

Boys: I like Sebastian and Miles, not the others. Wyatt is too cowboy. Colby is a cheese. Brittan is neither one thing nor the other, spelling-wise (a better choice would be Briton).
Girls: None of those appeal, but if you insist, Caroline is the better of the 5. Greta is just plain ugly. Tanner is a a very smelly occupation. Juliet has been very over-used, and Elle is just French for "she".

For the girls names I think either Juliet or Caroline. Elle seems too close to Evie, and Tanner almost sounds like a boys name. Greta imo sounds very old fashioned.
For boys names Colby and Miles are my favorite.

I love the names of your other children!
For the girls names I like any of the ones you listed except Tanner, I don't care for that one.
For the boy names, I think Sebastian or Miles would go great wtih your other names.
Good luck!!

Girls names I like:
Juliet
Caroline
I like Elle, but I would like it better like Gabrielle and her nickname be Elle.
Boy names I like:
Colby
Miles
I don't like a lot of the boy names. Here are more suggestions.
Boys: Dylan, Erich, Gregory, Aaron. If you want it to flow with the other kids name don't pick a too common name like Michael or Matthew.
Girls: Delia, Meredith, Stacen (that is not a typo! I know someone with that name and think it's pretty), Ashlyn
To flow with the other kids don't do something like Elizabeth or Mary. Good Luck with the baby!
