I don't see why not. The only thing that might keep her from having it at home is if she is too far along to fly.

Of course, she is still an English citizen. If the baby's father is different nationality(where ever your daughter lives) the baby will have duel citizenship. But be classified as English. Good luck

Babies come when and where they want, and the hospital will not turn away someone just for being from another country. However, remember that it is dangerous for her to fly in her third trimester and so she would have to live in the US for more than 3 months before the baby is due!

She should come home if the baby is born on this soil it's a citizen if born out united states the country of birth is natualize birth place and a citizen of that country!

She can deliver where ever she'd like to. If you're talking citizenship issues...where is her citizenship currently? That would be the country that would have the fewest problems figuring it all out.

of course she can. i have a friend that is from Italy she is 5 months pregnant and she came to england to have her baby without a problem.

if she is less than 8 months pregnant she is fine....but if she waits till after the baby comes it will be a Citizen of were its born...
