Neither of those answers look correct. Lets say for the queen one. If you pick one and then another would the fist ber 4/52 and the second 3/51? From there I get lost

There are 12 face cards. The probability of the first one being selected is 12 out of 52. The odds of the second one being a face card (assuming the first one is too) is 11 out of 51. Multiply these two fractions to get the combined odds:
12/52 * 11/51 = 132/2652 = ~4.98%

The odds of both being queens are:
4/52 * 3/51 = 12/2652 = ~0.45%

there are 12 picture cards in a deck
so the prob that draw the picture card 1st time is 12/52
then the second one is 11/51, so the prob for both is
12/52 x 11/51

Same for queens
1st one is 4/52, 2nd is 3/51
for both is 4/52 x 3/51

ok, first you need to know how many picture cards there are

there are 3 picture cards for 4 suits, so thats 12 picture cards, which is 12/52, ,and then it would be 11/51, because there are 51 cards after you pick one out, and 11 are left if you took a picture card

for the queen part, you figure, there are 4 queens, out of 12 picture cards, so the ratio would be 4/12, and then it would be 3/11
