You just irritated your sensitive skin in a major way, and it'll burn for a while and then itch like you wouldn't believe. People with sensitive skin should not shave there. (Actually I think that NOBODY should shave there, but that's just me.) In your case it's medical rather than cosmetic -- just leave it alone or you could get a very nasty infection there!

Your skin down there is sensitive so you need to use razors and cream for sensitive skin. The ones you used were probably too harsh. Red dots are normal. The places where you shaved is where the hair follicle was ripped out. The skin was probably about to bleed because of the tiny little holes. You'd know an std. Keep track of what your ex's are like.

That is probably just razor burn. You should find solutions to that problem and treat it. Most of the solutions involve shaving it in the proper way, which you can look up.
Yes, you could have some acne in that area, and it is possible that it is an STD, but not likely. I've had this problem before and it is kinda annoying, but you'll find a solution.

You probably have an infection of the hair follicles - its called folliculitis. You will need cream or antibiotics to clear it up.

It is probably just irritation from the shaving. Don't worry, it will go away soon.
