Bring it to a police station. That money could be really important for someone. And if no one claims it in like 30 days then the money is yours according to the police station rules. I think it's possible for someone to recognize your face in a dark alley. If they know your body form and strut well that would make it even easier.

1. Yes. To be a nice person, you could turn it into the police. I think if not claimed within 30 days, it's yours. The one that lost it would have to somehow identify it.
