i wanna know what period cramps depend on!
i mean i used to have really bad cramps that i couldnt move with a painkiller, now i dun even feel a thing (its been this way for like 6 months now).
im 19 now. what makes period hurt or not??

Bananas help with cramps, menstural or regular muscle cramps, so it may be the ammount of potasium that you have in your body. Also, if you're properly hydrated your cramps won't be as extreme.

Your cycle is getting closer to being better regulated. Your cycle isn't fully regulated until your 20s. Your cramps can disappear, appear, tone down or tune up until about 25. The menstrual cycle is a dynamic thing, continually changing throughout your life. I say just enjoy the no cramps. There's probably nothing wrong with you.

Cramps come and go they will really hurt for a while then you way not have very much pain at all it a very comen no need to worry.

Don't really know, sometimes it just changes. Are you on birth control by any chance? That could be your answer as it is known to help control bad cramps...

If you do something active your cramps wouldn't hurt to much.

it can depend on alot of things or they can just suddenly get better or worse
