that is the core....and an wireless adapter is $100

thats not enough space i belive and you cant go on live with a 256mb memory card. You need a Hard Drive which for the 20g=$100 talk to your parents about the Hard drive and how it holds so much more and you need it to play live. 1 year membership for live=$50a

i only want halo 3 and cod4 because there amazing on live

They did buy u the core. The core comes with no hard drive and a memory card (256 mb). U cannot play online with a memory card, u need a hard drive. it is enough space to save games but u will not be able to play online. The wireless adapter is 80-100 dollars depending on where u get it and if its on sale. u can use live with an ethernet cable but it will have to be long enough to go from your computer to ur 360. I would ask ur parents to reconsider and buy the pro, its cheaper than buying a hard drive and if they get it at gamestop it comes with 2 free games, marvel ultimate alliance and Forza Motorsports 2.

I would recommend these games

1. Crackdown
2. Call of duty (any of them)
3. Assassins creed
4. FEAR files
5. Two Worlds
6. Oblivion

PS3 does not have many games; most of them are not that good. Please note that more then half the people who bought a PS3 returned it because they got very bored. Xbox 360 has Halo 3, Shadowrun, Assassin's Creed, N3, Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion, Gears of War, Enchanted Arms, Battlefield, Bioshock, Crackdown, Viva Piñata, and much more. Xbox 360 live may cost $50, but that's for 13 months. Overall that's less then $5 per month.

Xbox 360 you can go to the Xbox live marketplace and download movies, music, game updates, game expansions, gamerpics, pictures, arcade games trials, game demos, beta games, and much more! You can download all of that from your computer, or even to your computer! Xbox live can be free, but it has much less you can do if you don't buy the gold version.

All you have to do is slide a DVD in, and use your controller for a remote to watch them! It has improved graphics for most of the things you put in. You can slide in a CD and upload music or movies! It enhances graphics and sounds. And for music you can choose from hundreds of your own personal mesmerizing strobes! You can choose strobe ones, disco ones, glowing ones, tunneling ones, and dozens more!

Xbox 360 is compatible with most original Xbox games.

Xbox 360 gets a 20/10 from the public!

there is not any difference between the Elite and Arcade variations of the Xbox 360 aside from the colour. So it may be greater value-effective to purely purchase the 120GB challenging rigidity and stick that on there. till you want the black console, then decide for it yet thats various money.
