How does someone run you down?
Can you get runned down?
What does it mean? I need an explanation of this, please.

You got all the dictionary definitions. From the way you ask, I think you might mean "run down" in the sense of talking negatively about you. (The past participle of run is also run, and I think you would "be run down" not "get run down" if you want your grammar to be right.)

Examples: (1) Every time the group got together after school, they would run down Jeremy; they especially liked to make fun of everything he had said in class. (2) If I hadn't been run down by my older brothers so much, I would have grown up more self-confident.

Please note: This is colloquial English. I wouldn't use it in a serious essay (except one discussing the expression, LOL!).

One way of "running someone down" is to criticize, tell them how sorry they are, how ignorant they are, and all sorts of negative things.

If you mean people speaking badly of you, some words are disparagement, criticism, defamation, slander and libel. A less formal term would be bad-mouthing.
