With society the way it is, when do you think the world will end. Wether you think from war, or religious times. I personally think it'll be less than 5 years.

For some reason, humans have historically always believed that the end of the world is always just around the corner. Countless predictions are made every year. All the religions speak of the end. Personally, I think we are some how "hard wired" to the perception that the world cannot continue for long. We reflect this attitude all the time. It's like it's in our genes. Writings going back 1,000 years ago, or 100 years ago, it doesn't matter - people have always believed that the end of the world was close.

The Mayan calendar stops in the year 2012, allowing some people to believe that the world will end in that year.
Of course, man is gradually destroying himself as he continues to engage in war; the disruption of the ecological balance between all men, plants and animals; and his own avarice, arrogance, ignorance and hubris. Such human frailties will certainly contribute to the end of human civilization as we know it - sooner rather than later.
I believe it's very possible that our squandering of Earth's natural resources, wasteful destruction of our environment and complete disregard for each other will accelerate the end of the world as we know it within a generation or two.

I don't feel that the 'end of the world' in terms of total human obliteration as a focus is going to happen anytime soon.....but I do think that the face of the global status quo is.

Power is shifting from the west to the east rapidly, and that will create a massive change both in paradigm and global reality quite quickly.

COME SEE ...

INTRODUCTION: God's Word is filled with Prophecies concerning Jesus Christ's glorious Second Coming. Get your Bible out and check out all the Verses that are presented here.

A WORD OF CAUTION: Before this glorious Second Coming of Jesus Christ to Earth, there will be an "anti-christ", a "man of sin", a "false messiah", on the world scene who will deceive many into thinking that he is God. Be on guard, don't let yourself be deluded. (2 Thessalonians 2:3-4) http://360.yahoo.com/messhiach
