have scientist explored the entire earth besides the oceans, have they been to the deepest parts of the amazon, himalayas, siberia or jungles in africa.

Depends what you mean by explored, Are there square miles of land where humans haven't been? Yes there are.

I doubt it.

Do we have precise radar and satellite data and probably aerial photographs?

Yes.
