To answer both:
- Teach and perform Oriental (belly) dance, write stories (more specifically scripts) or write/rant about social issues, hehe, etc.
- I enjoy music (play guitar and piano, learning tabla), nature photography, sewing/designing, appreciate artwork (especially erotic) and vintage films, etc.
Edit: From the first one, I deleted the other art forms I have participated in (the past), because your question was specific on which are practised most.

Sewing IS an art. And I practice it the most. There's something artistic about getting a huge rectangle of fabric, drawing some basic shapes, and putting them together into wearable art.
I also write music.
