contact the manufacture of your system and ask them to send you a copy of the recovery disks

or if you have a copy of your operating system insert that the product key will be on your system somewhere

if not download and install a linux

If you just want to remove the history of website you have visited, from Internet Explorer:
click Tools
Internet Options
click Delete
click Delete All (click in the box to delete temporary files)
delete history
set days to keep pages in history to 0.

Each day you will start afresh.

Well, to completely wipe your harddrive, if you have a recent Windows program running on it, restart your PC and hit f10 on one of the first start up screens, and then that will delete every program, every file, anything you've ever done or installed on the computer. Be cautious, it'll delete EVERYTHING except Windows itself.
