No other Pres. would have sat there. He handled this just like he has handled everything else -- with incompetence.

When are goofs like you going to get over it and do something positive with your life? If you have had nothing better to do in the last 6 years than pout over that , then I feel sorry for you for such a sad existence. Point all the the fingers you want at the president but what does it change? Nothing. The towers are still gone and your still pathetic.

I know maybe he should had stood up and screamed at the top of his lungs "we are being attacked!" or maybe he should had explained to all the children that we were being attacked. The fact of the matter- is that during the attacks- the school was a secured location. the Secret Service would not move him due to that fact- they did not want to scare this **** out of every body in the country.
what would everybody think if they told him that we were being attacked and he would had gotten up and just ran out the door really fast.

When Bush was first informed about the attacks, he was compelled to wait for his Secret Service detail to decide on the best course of action for evacuation. Remember, they didn't know if the White House was going to be under attack also. They couldn't just fire up Air Force One and say, "OK, let's just fly around in circles for a while".
They had no idea about the extent of the attacks, nor what was the safest course of action. They did the prudent thing.
Now, you want to hear what your boy John Kerry said about the time immediately following hearing about the attacks? He said he and his staff just sat there silently for at least half an hour! He said they were all stunned, and couldn't even move. They... just sat there.
So, you want to fault Bush for following safety protocol of his Secret Service detail? Seven minutes compared to at least 30. Hmm... Bush is sounding better all the time.
Sorry to burst your bubble.

You know this for a fact! Are you just making it up and sounding stupid at the same time? FDR waited for his staff to arrive before issuing any orders on 7 December, 1941. He did nothing for over an hour. John Kerry himself said that he sat in his office for over 45 minutes with Barbara Boxer and did nothing.
Do you think we elected a super hero? In a crisis he puts on his cape and flies to the rescue? Get real...

Your a punk and you no it. You all think a president needs to be involved every second of the day...You put people in those positions that can get the job done...He`s the only president in years that did...Everyone else put there friends or appointed them for campaign donations

That was over 6 years ago. Who is still talking about it besides you? The rest of us have moved on to more important things.
