this is about speech not taking a crap on someones rug. We should be able to express our opinions without being censored. Yahoo is an american company so should companies that are from the united states abide by the united states constitution.

You have the absolute right of free speech. That means you are free to set up a server, spew whatever you will and if it harms others be sued penniless for defamation or libel or slander. Here you are on Yahoo's servers, their home and they make the rules.

Look at it this way. You are free to visit someone's home and take a crap on their living room rug. They have the freedom to pick you up and toss you on your pointed head on the street and call the cops on you for having done so. That's freedom. You see, your "freedom" ends when you interfer with the freedom of others, it doesn't trump everyone elses

You have the right to free speech but this is a private domain, they are entitled to screen your statements as they see fit. If you want to exercise your right to voice your opinion you still can, Yahoo wont stop you from voicing opinions they agree with, and they wont stop you from voicing your opinion on another website. Here, they will do whatever they want.

Just as you are entitled to free speech, they are entitled to control their domain as they see fit.

Besides, there's a difference between telling YOUR truth and telling THE truth. Just because you think 2+2=5, that doesn't make it true.

Possibly you wrote something that went against the guidelines. Yahoo does not just suspend accounts capriciously; they always have a reason.

You may be confusing constitutional rights with services granted by a contract. This is a common misunderstanding.
