I found that if i just took a deep breath and sit in a quiet place, you can start releasing some of the anger. There is a exercise that may work Close your eyes and visualize a pond with the water in motion then you concentrate on making the water still , sounds odd but that is meditating. I used this for pain management, but you slowing down and relaxing makes you more calm and you just mellow out.

I have the same exact thing! I'm bipolar, so it kinda happens a lot, but um yeah you sound like you have trouble controlling anger? I'm in the same boat. I always feel like just breaking things and screaming when I get like that. Anyways, if I break down and start crying, I flip on the television, and after a while I get engrossed in that and stop crying, but if I still feel angry afterwards, I take a long shower and listen to music and it really helps. And I know its night time now, but I take bike rides inthe sunshine and it feels really good. You could read a book, draw a picture, surf youtube, dance to some songs, whatever you like to do. Anything that gets your mind off of it. I know how you feel. Sucks, but we get over it eventually! (;

listening 2 some caliming music. or squeeze a ball. just try 2 find or do sum10 that makes u happy

then scream for as long as possible
you will feel so silly doing it
you will be calm

get a soda or a hot drink
take a nap or wacth some NICE t.v.
get a small snack or nicew meal.
take it easy!

k this is wat i do... sit in a comfy position n close ur eyes...focus on ur breathing..dont try 2 control just feel urself breathe from ur nose..imagine urself in a white room and no negative thoughts can get in the room....just empty evrything out and concentrate on the air goin through ur nose...focus cuz its easy 2 get sidetracked....idk it calms me down....try it..its like ur in the white room and the only thing u feel is urself breathing
