That depends on how dead, and how long its been dead. If the battery is in a car and was drained, jump starting the car and taking it for a drive [30min. at least] will recharge the battery - another option would be to use a shop charger to recharge the battery.
If the battery is fully discharged, its junk. Take it to your local shop and have them recycle it.

Bring dead battery on part shop and buy exactly same brand and color and everything and give it a same name . This is make you feel like using the same like always in life.

It depends on why it's dead.
A battery is designed to hold a charge, (energy
which is put into it).
If the battery is merely discharged it can be re-charged.
If it is damaged by age or miss-use, it won't hold a charge at all.
