I tried pouring hot water on them and cleaning them with windex, but they still won't shoot out any wiper fluid. Help!?!?

your tank of washer fluid is frozen.

best way is to run a hose into the washer resiviour tank and just let hot water run into it untill the wiper nozzle sprays water, then drain the tank by just spraying it until it is empty then refill with washer fluid with a lower freeze point

The fluid in the lines is frozen as well as that in
the tank.
Let it thaw, then add fluid with anti-freeze so it
doesn't happen again.

Try using a pin and pushing it into the nozzle. This will unclog any debris or ice that might be in it. This also works for car wax that sometimes clogs them.
