Admit that you made a mistake, LEARN from it, and move on. Guilt is a useless emotion that will cripple you if you allow it to. We are human, we make mistakes.

Once you admit your mistake, you will be free from the guilt because you know that you did what you could to make it right, and accepted the consequences for your actions. You need to find a way to make amends. You may not be able to undo the bad thing you did, but there might be a way to make up for it.

I have done bad things in my life and there is nothing I can do about that, but I apologized for my actions. I recognized that what I did was wrong and I do not justify and defend my past actions. I have since done what I can to prevent others from making the same mistakes. I will always regret the mistakes I have made, but I no longer feel guilt about it. I have forgiven myself for my past knowing that I will not repeat the same or similar mistakes in the future.

In one sense or another every action is irrevocable.
We all make mistakes, and we all have to live with them.
Even if you can't 'undo` it. you might be able to make amends.
If not, you can just try to do some good to make up for the wrong you did.
That might relieve the feeling of guilt.
