I think in terms of the fire marshall, they limit occupancy to "two sould per bedroom". Sounds gloomy don't it??

The company that manages the apartmens will usually have this stipulated in the agreement you sign. I would think around 4 ( 1 couple per bedroom) but that would be a tad cramped for most people. It also depends on how long of an occupancy. If it's just a night or two, I doubt it matters that much. However, most property management companies expect the person to be on the lease if they stay more than 1-2 weeks. Again, check your agreement. It should say somewhere. If in doubt, ask them directly.

Hope that helps.
