I purchased Guild Wars Factions used and it came with two discs. Is that the complete set or am I missing any?

2 disks is right :-) but you cant get it used I think, it better have the account codes.

Guild Wars: Factions is only 2 disks long, so you have all the disks.
BUT, do you have an access key?
If you don't have a key, or the key has been used, they you will not be able to play. You need an access key to be able to create a Guild Wars account and each key is only good once.
I really recommend buying new on online games like Guild Wars or World of Warcraft, and only buy from reputable dealers. You can download those games directly from the producers for free now, its the account key you need to be able to play, and the account key they sell you when you buy a box.

You can't buy the game used. If possible get your money back. If you bought off of e-bay then you got scammed. You can try contacting the seller and asking for a refund or if you paid thru your credit card or Paypal you can contact them for a refund.
