lsu has only had two losses the same as any other team that has a chance of making it. The difference is both of lsu's losses have been in triple overtime. Georgia for instance has only had two but both of there's were in regular game situations. One of which was a pretty substantial loss to TN. Thats why they are the best choice to play in the BCS. I personally think it's time for a playoff system.

I dont understand the whole love with the SEC team. The media will do everything it can to make sure LSU plays in the national title game (virtual home game) so they can be proven right. If and when they get beat by OSU or whoever the media and SEC fans will be quick to scream about bad calls. We need a playoff system in place in which the top 4 teams get home games to start. I would love to see an SEC team have to travel to Ohio, Oklahoma, USC, or even a Kansas.
I dont like the fact that half the SEC teams get to play bowl games that are practically home games. But I understand the economics of this.

Ole omit could've crushed LSU worse if the referees hadn't made a pair of questionable calls early in the sport that positioned them able for Shene's FG to be blocked and ran back for a landing. That became right into a probably 17-factor swing (a million LSU TD that occurred, an Ole omit TD and FG that did not take place) and LSU followers would not could be going loopy like this proper now. Ole omit ruled quite much each and every stat stored however the scoreboard. i'm truly hectic they enable LSU play them that close; they could desire to've positioned that game away plenty previously. LSU in no way truly had a brilliant gamble against Florida. Florida could desire to've crushed them plenty worse if that they had come out firing. Alabama, perhaps. that's form of wierd to think of Miles probably could be listening to much less complaint if Ole omit had whipped them greater advantageous than he's now they slightly lost. LSU followers truly overestimate the point of expertise their team has. it rather is excellent to make certain them react like this after each and every week of trash speaking. 25-23

I think that they are feeling sorry for LSU due to the Katrina floods and other hardships that New Orleans has recently faced and are giving them a free ride as the poor little football team that got hurt by the big old act of nature. Yes, it is good when a team bounces back from adversity, However it is another thing to support a charity case.

It's not unhealthy - LSU is by FAR the best team in the country this year. They've not only won the big games (six ranked opponents, SEC Championship), they've won them with their hands tied behind their backs (massive injuries, belligerent officials). They'll be full strength by BCS time - you'll see the real Tigers then.

Slow down Howard Stern (Mr. Know-It-All), Hawaii isn't the number one team. OSU played a weak schedule, I'll give you that, but they are just working the system. If you schedule cream puffs but win out, you'll most likely get to the NC game while everyone else loses to their powerhouse teams on their schedule. So what does your coach play for, respect or National Championships?

I don't know why everyone is so against LSU. I think they deserve to go to the National Championship this year. As for those 2 losses - they wouldn't have them if it wasn't for the dumbass refs who apparently have it against LSU too!

because they know the truth. who is it supposed to be? ohio state? the team who scheduled the mighty zips of akron? and the one time they played a team halfway decent in illinois got beat? what i want to see is hawai'i get in. they are the only undefeated team, and i'm tired of people sayin' they don't deserve it. Ask Oklahoma if Boise State deserved it last year.
