That's nice very origional - I like the name India and the name Skye it's great they've been put together - the name reminds me that the world is the childs oyster, becuase the sky is present everywhere we look.

I love the name India, but not so keen on Skye for a middle name.

OMG i love that name! I absolutely love the name India or Asia but my chap would never let me name my kid that the grumpy sod he is! Lots of peeps think India is a modern name but its actually quite an old name. I first heard it on Gone with the Wind and i have loved it ever since along with the name Scarlett. Skye is such a pretty name as well and i think it goes so well with India. Honestly it is one if the prettiest names i have ever heard!

Congrats! x

Just think what its going to be like for her at school. shout out the name a few times as though she is being called in class. I work in a school and alot of children get embarrassed about their names. Some parents just dont think what its actually going to be like to be called that forever. Think about when she is an old person too and what it might be like to be an old person called India. If your still keen on the name after that, then go for it! good luck deciding!

Hi there it is entirely your descision, but i dont like it, i prefer traditional names. Skye is fine. I dont like india at all. Remember when she is grown up and at school, she may stand out like a sore thumb. But then agin by that time people will probably called their kids all sorts of names. Good luck though.

i think india skye is a gorgeous name, im calling my little girl skye and i have been getting stick for it because her last name is knights but dont listen to anyone who slags it off go with what you think is right, i thinks its a really nice name at least you have put some thought into it unlike some people who go with boring names which millions of people have (my name is sarah and i hate it its too common)

if you consider chav baby names such as chardonnay, jowdan, ella-may, versache and porcha (the car) then id have to consider "india skye" to be a middle class chav name. can you not just name 1 word and less than 4 syllibles. this may sound cute when shes a child but if i had a name like india skye then id be straight down to registery office to change it.
