Steve Smith and Hines Ward

Its gotta be between Steve Smith, Hines Ward and Donald Driver. Probably Smith because he is the more explosive player and seeing that he is the smallest of the three.

Nice choices, but put Hines Ward in there as well.

As for my choices, I'm not going to be a homer and pick Donald Driver, even though I love his toughness in going over the middle.

I have to say Steve Smith. When he's on form, he's remarkable.

I'm not a Steelers fan, but I'd probably go with Hines Ward. He catches more balls in heavy traffic than anyone I've seen, and he'll sacrifice his body both to make catches and blocks.

That's not a slight on anyone else, just my opinion. Ward might not be the biggest guy, but he'll do whatever it takes.

wow i think most people didn't see the toughest in your question. but to answer Steve smith. hes better than most of the recievers today and is shorter than most of hem too. TO has hands of bricks. moss is good this year, but a reciever pushes it to the limits, and doesn't give up on a single play.[moss] i dont know too mich about driver. but im gueseing its between him and smith..smith>driver. and to reed H. you obvisiously dont watch much of TO? lead the league in droped passes in 07and bobles almost everything. watch the greenbay al harris INT thatnks to T.O, and steve smith never stays down after a big hit, go to youtube or sumthin and watch his highlights.

Hines Ward because he isnt afraid to block

HINES WARD!!!
He's the best blocking WR out there and that defines toughness. Even though TO (i would rate him #2) is tough, he goes down easy sometimes.
