We just had 11 inches of snow in the last 24 hours. The grand kids made snowmen in the back yard, we did the tree yesterday, my hubby is wear his reindeer horns with bells, and I have my Mrs Claus hat on. I think we're slowly on our way!

Seems the Christmas spirit comes naturally once every three years. That's this year. Helps to have a toddler constantly asking about Santa and nagging to get our Christmas tree up. Right now the Christmas music is rocking the house. How about you?

Listen to Christmas music. Go wrap presents. Turn on the Christmas lights when it gets dark.

I got me a new little snowman rug yesterday and put down. I'm getting my Christmas card list together and starting on them this week. I have several lunches, get togethers, party type events in the next week or so to go to. I'm going to go to the Nursing home this week and get a couple names to buy gifts for Christmas. I'm still trying to decide where I'll spend Christmas this year. There's a lot going on now that December is here.

I was decorating ;outdoors today. I dug my
Christmas village out of the attic. I haven't done this for several years and I don't know what inspired me to do this. I always put up the naivety. It is basically my husband and I. We go to the kids for the holidays. I guess I am getting melancholy this year and wish i could relive yesteryear's.

I have to get moved first. Sitting amidst boxes and mailing gifts to others, just to get the stuff out of here! I'm sure once I get to my new home it might hit me, but maybe not, as I'll only be there a week before the holiday.
