Just another way for companies to make money, notice the price of "green" products.... I read a story that in the 70's scientists had everyone convinced they were going into an ice age, natural cycles...

Still.... we should be kind to our environment and its inhabitants...

Global Warming, Yes the globe warms up and it cools off. how much and over how long of a period of time, well that is up for grabs depending on who you ask or what article your reading.

The current Global Warming reports i.e. scar is a few years short of the truth. If you started the count of years just 5 more to the rear, you would see we are not warming up but we have cooled off.

Do it really matter if we are 2 or 4 Degree warmer or cooler then normal, yes and no.

Will the snow cap melt off in the North pole, maybe but then maybe People from Mar's will stop by too! I'm not holding my breath for that so don't hold yours for Global Warming, just remember, the earth is more renewable then we give it credit for most of the time.

Did you think or did they about the over 100 nuclear bombs sense World War 2 for testing? That was just a little more heat then the earth has had in over a million years, but you didn't here Al Gore bring that up, now did you.

Your life will be about the same as it is today in the same part of the world, just a little colder or warmer, but you will not have to go get a new coat, just a bigger one if you eat to much!

I believe it is a problem, but not necessarily as a result of anything we are doing or not doing. We have had global warming in the past and there were no automobiles or factories around then and it still happened.
It's a natural occurring phenomenon and nothing we can do will change it enough to make a difference.
I do agree we should try to eliminate some of the crap we're putting into the atmosphere just to clean up the air a bit.

I think global warming is a credible problem because every credible person I've ever heard discuss it has said it's a problem since about 1992 and every person claiming it wasn't a problem was transparently a lying propagandist. Of course, it's only a problem for the life on earth. The big rock floating in space will get through it just fine. The people are toast, though. And it's too late to fix it.

No is doesn't its a governments fear to scare all the people into thinking the world is going to end. truth be told a couple of years ago, a thousands of scientists got together and discussed this very issue over 98% percent of top scientests in the world found that there were inconclusive evidence leading to global warming. 1 % were undecided and the other said yes. All in all in 100 years the earths temp has only rose 2 - 3 degrees. thats a simple change you experience everyday from just sitting at the corner wait for the light to change. if you dont beleive me, it was published in time magizine.

Global warming is a problem indeed! There used to be more than 300,000 blue whales in the ocean, and due to global warming, the population of their diet, krill, is decreasing. There are now less than 3% of blue whales left on earth. That's less than 9000. Isn't this disapointing? We're killing the earth's largest, most majestic undersea mammal...and once it is extinct, it'll never ever come back. Children of the future will read from textbooks that talk about the blue whales and other animals that USED to exist. That's not right.

We're killing the earth. Who knows if there'll even be children of the future. The earth will become too unhealthy to live on.

Not really - it's only a problem if you want it to be. I would like to know where the Global Warming is at? It's cold here in Las Vegas and I want some G.W. or a HOT Hooter to warm me up. I wish Progressives had better causes to work for on their leisure time.

I think it is, but not many people realize what it is or what it's doing to the world. I've seen things on TV on how much the glaciers are melting and how land is eroding because of the glaciers melting. I was suprised at how much is gone,It's ridiculous. That's what pretty much started how much I think global warming is a problem.

The global warming is due to the unabsorbed carbon dioxide emitted for various rerasons. It is not only harmful for our planet earth but also very dangerous too. All the Governments are trying to take positive steps to prevent it but the success depends on everybody's sincere effort.
