I was working for one of the walmart stores in Covina...

Its sounds like the assistant manger fire for gross miscoduct.
I never did such thing. He didn't even hear my side of the store and now it seems as if I can't apply at any walmart switch to me sounds like employer relation...

I don't get it they told me gross misconduct.

I spoke the District MGR he was a jerk is giving me the around about the situtation and when I tried to reapply It won't let me. It says I am eligiable for re-hire. Now the District MGR is saying because I cused while on the job that not true. So i don't know what do next.

I told Customer Service Manager that one of the employees was treating with respect and now they decided do anything to him. So what up with not treating fairly

Based on the lack of grammar in your question, I suggest you misspelled a word. You were fired for 'gross incompetence' not 'gross misconduct'. That means you are not qualified to do the job. Barring a fired employee from working in other parts of the same company is standard practice in ANY company. It is NOT retaliation unless you were fired for reporting illegal behavior by the employer. If that were the case, firing you at all would be considered retaliation.
