Yeah, me too...see if it happens again tonight. Subconscious dreams can wear you out and you don't even know it.

Yes, I woke up one morning and was barely able to move my right shoulder. I had to think back and remember that I had lifted a 25 lb bag of dog food on to a kiddie grocery cart with one hand (which had fallen over and I did it while on my cell phone with my MIL). I totally did something stupid and didn't even think how easily I could have injured myself. So much for multi-tasking!

It's from carrying tension in your body while you sleep. You wake up with stiff and sore muscles. You ned to relax better before going to bed. Although if it's a once-in-a-blue-moon thing, it could just be from a creepy dream you don't remember.

Wow! Me too! All my joints ache, my lower back feels like a toothache and it is difficult to make myself get up and going.
I think in my case it is the change to cold damp weather- my arthritis acts up when the weather changes and has since I was 14! Just not all over my body like today.

Either you are getting sick or did you work out alot yesterday? Did anything unusual??

I remember I went skiing and the next day I was in a horrible state... so sore.

Usually, nothing more than a sore shoulder, hip, or stiff neck. Never my whole body.
