im 14 and im going on a holiday in january and i want to make my stomach more flat and like more mucesly what exercises should i do and how much should i do what should i eat i want to do this with in two months!!!! help

Eat healthy foods: reduce sugar, eliminate white bread, elimate all processed foods and junk food. Increase in your diet: whole grains, seeds, fresh fruit and vegetables. Sit-ups and crunches are probably the best for strengthening the stomach, as well as tai-chi.

Watch what you eat, go jogging for at least 30-60 minutes every day (burns fat all over) and just maybe do crunches throughout the day. My sister has a lot of down time, and does crunches while she watches tv or movies or something.

sit ups. but you need to breath in and out at the right time or else it will go fat not flat

Low fat / high protein diet, lots of cardio and crunches.
