If you have a planned parent hood were you live that is a great place to start. They will test you, to see if you are really pregnant . If you are they will sit you down and talk with you about your options. If you need them to they will even call your parents in so you don't have to be alone when you tell them. And if you don't have insurance or money they will do everything for free. If you don't have a planned parent hood near you why not try a close friend or doctor to talk to. The doctor would be best because they will give you all the options and do the test. Your parents will get used to it and when you have your baby, they will be the proudest grandparents ever! Good luck to you.

Not sure about your background age relationship etc etc. Assuming that you dont want this to happen then firstly get a pregnancy test kit and check your self. Dont delay do it now. If you are then go and see your doctor or a counsellor at school so they can give you advice. Normally parents are the best people to talk to but not knowing what your home situation is may only create more stress for you. Good Luck

If you aren't ready to talk to your parents about it, then the local public health office is a good place to start, if you have one. Most hospitals do. They are very kind and caring, and they can't disclose information to anyone...not even your parents. Get a pregnancy test before you panic. I recently went throuh the same thing, and it wasn't nearly as scary as I'd expected. if you are really scared, contact me, and I'll be more than happy to talk to you.
it'll be okay, sweetie, there are people who can help.

First you need to find out for sure.Start with Planned Parenthood. Can't you go to your mother? What about a teacher, a friends mom, an aunt or anyone? Planned Parenthood will ask you what you want and tell you what your options are.

This is a big topic. How old are you? Do you need help? If you are still in school and can't talk with your parents, talk to your counselor, minister (priest), trusted relative, adult friend or teacher. Go from there.

You need to go to a store and buy a pregnancy test.
If its positive you need to tell your parents, they might be upset, but still they are your parents and they will be there for you.
