His policy was appeasement.

He caved to the North Koreans, he caved to islamic terrorists, he caved to Saddam, he caved to the Chinese and he caved to the socialists in Europe.

Well lets see....we had 4 terrorist attacks and we bombed an empty aspirin factory at night and took out a janitor in retaliation. But he sure did talk tough....yesssirreee! Bill Clinton made George Bush possible.

He used the might of the American military to end genocide and slaughter, rather than to create it, as we are now doing.

Simply put, peacekeeper. We went into Somalia to stop the violence as well as Kosovo, on terrorism it was nothing, he let it fester, all he did was drop a few cruise missiles on targets in the desert.
