I need a free sewing pattern for a chef coat. Any links will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I doubt anyone would give that away for free, because to print it you would have to tape a bunch of pages together and then the paper would be too stiff.

But patterns are often less than $2.00 at Jo-Ann fabrics.

Good luck. It's not a simple pattern. Even with a paper pattern in hand, alteration might be needed for better fit. Ill-fitting uniforms just look silly.

Is this for a chef or Babylon 5 costuming?

If there is one available, you can find it through Google or Dogpile by typing something like "chef coat pattern free" into the search box.

If a free one isn't available, check out the Simplicity website. They have all their patterns there, and a good search box, too.

I doubt if you could get a free pattern on-line. Pattern are so cheap. Look at the fabric stores or go on ebay and buy one. I checked on ebay, if you are a size small or medium...the chef coats are not too expensive.
