1. Where there is life ,there is hope.What a world of opportunity for those of us lucky enough to be alive. 2. It is almost Christmas and the spirit of joy and peace is infectious,just like a smile.3.Well it takes less muscles to smile than frown.So when we smile we not only look better we are energy efficient. What about reasons to not be cheerful?
1. Life sucks
2. Humans are idiots
3. Even if God does exist, he's probably moved on from this wasteland and created a new utopia.

1. To be You/Your Self, Expressing you to others.
2. To be Alive.
3. To be loved by others.
What about reasons to not be cheerful?
1. the majority of people judge you before they really know you/your problems, and then they dont get to know you.
2. to have a troubled mind that is full of doubt.
3. To be alone in this world when all you need to do is be your self but you find it the hardest thing in the world to do.

1. i have two new members of the gang, one is 7 months old on christmas day, and one 4 months old the day after boxing day
