Where can I find the skirt pattern for the female Haruhi Suzumiya uniform?

I'm planning on cosplaying as Ryoko Asakura from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I already know how to make the sailor collar, and I have a pretty good idea for the shirt and cuffs. However, I'm having quite a problem finding the pattern for the skirt. If anyone knows where to find the pattern, please tell me ;-;
