No, they don't offer a late refund. Actually, even Domino's canceled their "free if it's late" offer years ago.

Depends on how late, and the reason it's late. If it's just a few minutes late I think you need to realize that the driver probably got lost or had a heavier work load than expected. If it's extremely late, like more than 10-15 minutes, then you might try calling the manager and say something to them. Often times what they will do is give you a credit towards your next order. Most stores are good about that, but depends on your mannerism when you call and the manager, too.

I was a manager at a Pizza Hut a couple of years ago. They definitely charge you for your pizza if late, but if you call the manager and if they feel your complaint is valid enough (and you nice about it) they will generally put you in the complaint log. This records either a free pizza or a discount on your next order.

I think you are referring to the old Domino's guarantee that it would be there in 30 minutes or it would be free.
This has been discontinued as the speeding drivers caused a lot of accidents. I seem to remember there were a couple of lawsuits.
So, if you want it fast get yourself a DiGiorno Pizza and cook it yourself :)

The driver might discount your pizza a few $ if it's extremely late for no reason. I'd call the manager right away, as well.
