I worked for subway, and I found that it is not unusual for a person to get a veggie sub toasted, it is just the person's preference.

I worked at a Subway. They are not allowed to put veggies into the toaster. You can have the bread and cheese toasted though and I have seen it done.

Maybe if it was cold outside and I had cheese on it. Usually I just get all of the veggies on honey oat with light sweet onion sauce and eat it cold.
Now I'm hungry...

Why do so many people waste money on fast food. Making your own sandwiches is much better and cheaper and have better toppings, I wouldn't pay more than 50p for a take out sandwich they are just not worth it and they use the cheapest thinly sliced ingredients.
You can make sandwiches all week for less than the cost of two of these take-out things.
I never eat them they are just not worth the money!
