Well thats hard. You should stick to Just vinegar. Or Mustard , mustard is a great fat free condiment. Or try nothing at all. This way you actually taste the food instead of the condiment!!

You can pick any condiment you choose with any sub(excluding baja):Fat free condiments-Honey Mustard, Mustard, Sweet Onion, and vinegar.

I worked for subway and the fat free options were a fat-free ranch, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, and the red wine vinaigrette (this one might not be fat-free, but it will be close)

low calorie mayo, vinegar and oil, and always pepper! Dont forget the healthy veggies like green peppers, lettuce, and red onions:)
