That's a judgment call... the PC Environmental Wackos get to tell you what you can refrigerate.... that uses up energy and is killing the planet ya know... so frivolous use of energy is to be discouraged... and if you let these nuts get in charge and enact "planet saving laws" you will soon be spending time in jail for consuming ice cream.
