Hi
The 'Aaliyah' font looks like 'arial black'
The cursive underneath looks like 'mistral'
The fonts should be found in Microsoft Office Word. I have the 2007 version, but you may be able to find the font on Word 2003.

It looks similar to Helvetica Bold or Frutiger Bold. The stroke and gradient were probably added in Photoshop or Illustrator.

Looks like "Veranda" but I dont think it is...good luck in finding this out.
