Do they have electric outlits in most youth hostels?

I am going to London, Paris, and Dublin and I really need my own electric outlit to charge my ipod and stuff. If some do then which ones are they?

I have never been in a hostel that did not have outlets you can use.
These days they have even more outlets than they used to have, but more people want to use them.

Bring a travel plug or if you use 110 a converter and prepare to stay with your charging ipod if you are sharing a room or have to recharge in the common area.
