You can run your existing antivirus and reboot if the virus is found and you have an antivirus program installed to run. If you don't you can download an install an excellent free program with on the hour auto updates, with an excellent background scanner. http://www.avast.com (Download the free version).

Also download the free version of Superantispyware.. This program is excellent at finding what all others miss. No conflict with your existing antivirus or antispyware program.

try a good antivirus like nod32 or kaspersky, you know get a trial at least so you get rid of the virus...
