They know kids watch B.E.T. They took off uncut and now they glorify drug-dealers! And I never heard of half of them. I'm just asking I thought B.E.T. was wanting to improve the channel but I don't see this in this show.

u right spoons as parents we have to monitor! but we can't 24/7 like when they go to other people's houses! I just know a kid that was talking about how much 1 of these so called american gangsters was making. And I could see he was inspired and that's not good cause then was something was to happen to him I would feel bet would be at fault cause the drug game is serious and it leads to two places and we all know the answer to that!!!!

I watch the videos and my 2 year old loves to bob his head to it (who is bi-racial) my gf thinks wrong but I use to listen to Snoop when I was just a little boy! I didn't turn out so bad I know there is time play and a time to work!

ok i am not saying YOUR racist but that woman up there is a dumb-***... anyway i watch B.E.T sometimes, but not all the time because 1. i dont understand half the stuff they put on that chanel and 2. most of the time its retarted. i love music and thats the type of chanel i would like BET to be *just a music chanel* so why they show American Gangster i do not know. Maybe it is to show people that at one point in time there were black people who did not deal petty drugs on the street. I mean people glorify Al Capone and people love the movie Scarface so it isnt just a black thing F.Y.I everyone does it... so maybe they want to bring to light that black people (whether what they are doing is illegal) can take their "game" to a higher level... i honestly dont see the point in that show, i think its a little useless but it is history.

That's not B.E.T. problem....The parents should monitor what their children are watching on T.V.
And if you have a problem with it...why don't you write a letter to the WHITE owners.

they also show life stories about oj simpson, all the serial killers, the show "snapped", american justice, city confidential.... why are you knocking BET only?? what about biography channel, a&e, courttv, history channel???

am guessing you havent watched the history channel and biography channel where they glorify john dillinger, bonnie and clyde, pretty boy floyd, jeffrey dahmer, the night stalker, the ridgeway killer, charles manson etc
