Hillary by Dick Morris (Note: Dick Morris was Political Advisor to Bill and Hillary Clinton)

Bill says: Hillary spent a year after graduation working on a children's rights project for poor kids.
The facts are: Hillary interned with Bob Truehaft, the head of the California Communist Party. She met Bob when he represented the Panthers and traveled all the way to San Francisco to take an internship with him.

Bill says: Hillary could have written her own job ticket, but she turned down all the lucrative job offers.
The facts are: She flunked the DC bar exam and only passed the Arkansas bar. She had no job offers in Arkansas and only got hired by the University of Arkansas Law School at Fayetteville because Bill was already teaching there. She only joined the prestigious Rose Law Firm after Bill became Attorney General and made partner only after he was elected governor.

Bill says: President Carter appointed Hillary to the Legal Services Board of Directors and she became its chairman.
The facts are: The appointment was in exchange for Bill's support for Carter in his 1980 primary against Ted Kennedy. Hillary became chairman in a coup in which she won a majority away from Carter's choice to be chairman.

Bill says: She served on the board of the Arkansas Children's Hospital.
The facts are: Yes she did. But her main board activity, not mentioned by Bill, was to sit on the Wal-mart board of directors, for a substantial fee. She was silent about their labor and health care practices as a Wal-Mart board member.

Bill says: Hillary didn't succeed at getting health care for all Americans in 1994, but she kept working at it and helped to create the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) that provides five million children with health insurance.
The facts are: Hillary had nothing to do with creating CHIP. It was included in the budget deal between Clinton and Republican Majority Leader Senator Trent Lott. I, Dick Morris, helped to negotiate the deal. The money came half from the budget deal and half from the Attorney Generals' tobacco settlement. Hillary had nothing to do with either source of funds.

Bill says: Hillary was the face of America all over the world.
The facts are: Her visits were part of a program to get her out of town so that Bill would not appear weak by feeding stories that Hillary was running the White House. Her visits abroad were entirely touristic and symbolic and there was no substantive diplomacy on any of them.

Bill says: Hillary was an excellent Senator who kept fighting for children's and women's issues.
The facts are: Other than totally meaningless legislation like changing the names on courthouses and post offices, she has passed only four substantive pieces of legislation. One, set up a national park in Puerto Rico . A second provided respite care for family members helping their relatives through Alzheimer's or other conditions. And two were routine bills to aid 9-11 victims and responders which were sponsored by the entire NY delegation.
Here is what bothers me more than anything else about Hillary Clinton. She has done everything possible to weaken the President and our country (that's you and me!) when it comes to the war on terror.

1. She wants to close GITMO & move the combatants to the USA where they would have access to our legal system.
2. She wants to eliminate the monitoring of suspected Al Qeada phone calls to/from the USA .
3. She wants to grant constitutional rights to enemy combatants captured on the battlefield.
4. She wants to eliminate the monitoring of money transfers between suspected Al Qeada cells & supporters in the USA .
5. She wants to eliminate the type of interrogation tactics used by the military & CIA where coercion might be used when questioning known terrorists, even though such tactics might save American lives.
I can't think of a single bill Hillary has introduced or a single comment she has made that would tend to strengthen our country in the War on Terror But, I can think of a lot of comments she has made that weakens our country & makes it a more dangerous situation for all of us ........She goes hand in hand with the ACLU on far too many issues where common sense is abandoned.

She is a disaster for all Americans.

You can't fault Jimmy Carter for trying. He was/is a very compassionate man and also a very intelligent individual. He just didn't make a very good President. In terms of public speaking, you're going to get the same thing from Clinton as you do from Carter because any time someone criticizes the decisions they made while in office, they're going to take it personally. The difference is Carter has one thing Clinton doesn't -- humility. You can expect Clinton to bite back hard whenever his administration comes under fire because he is one very smug, egotistical individual. P.S.: Your first responder needs to get his head out of his @$$ and stop spewing liberal propaganda. President Clinton basically sat back for eight years and took credit for all the work done by one Ronald Wilson Reagan. The current state of the economy can be laid squarely at the feet of Slick Willie because he did diddly-over-squat for the economy and squandered tax dollars on the development of numerous socialist programs that never saw the light of day (thank God). To those who point the finger at Bush and the current Iraq war, if Clinton hadn't blown off the Sudanese when they offered Osama bin Laden up on a silver platter, chances are the U.S.S. Cole disaster and 9/11 would never have happened...

She's really irritating the other Senate members now. She shows up with her security detail as former First Lady AND the security detail assigned to her as a candidate for the Presidency. Now, really, what the hell is she thinking? She's going into a Senate sub committee meeting... not Somalia.

And no.. she has not done a thing for New York or the USA. The only thing people remember about Hillary is that she did vote for the war in Iraq. Of course, now she says she was
" tricked " into voting. And this woman wants to be President???

The reason she's achieved so little is that she has no interest in being a US Senator. For her, it's the big chair, or nothing. She's on some kind of warped quest to prove that she's every bit as talented as Billybob, and I believe that she is. I think she's everything that he is/was, and more, and having her in the White House would be catastrophic.

Her performance has little to do with her plans to run our country. She got the Senate seat mostly as a stepping stone to keep her in the spotlight, and give her a jumping off platform, until the left could coronate her to the throne(so to speak) she didnt count on the right wing media to be so able to see through her.She and the left have tried to do their best to silence the right wing radio with the fairness act(which failed miserably)She also has fumbled herself, and Im hoping both sides see through her.

Why did she win by a landslide when she ran for her 2nd term as Senator of New York? She carried all but 4 counties in NY, has the highest approval rating in history 72%-74% in the state from both democrats and republicans. She must be doing something right.

She's a joke that will get us all killed.

Now George Clinton on the other hand? We could always groove our way to peace.

I like the latter choice myself. And the sound is much better.

Yes. Very indicative. We all know Billy Bob will be calling the real shots anyway. We need a Constitutional ammendment fast to stop any husband-wife sucession.

She fits right in with the rest of the clowns and misfits that constitute the liberal majority in Congress...They are inept and a disgrace.

That and her record under Bill. First off, she failed to get the kind of medical reform she wanted, then she told America how to raise their kids and since she has been a senator all she has done is, well, nothing. Yah, I think we know what kind of president she'll be.

Senator Clinton's busy schedule and voting record in the Senate is highly respected by both sides. America is begging for the experience Hillary is unselfishly offering America.
