Guiliani has been and remains an "occasional politician". Says whatever the occasion calls for. He's not even from Brooklyn, raised in Garden City. I'll never forget the sight of him marching in the Memorial Day Parade thru Douglaston, with a half dozen flunkys clapping constantly around him to drown out the boos from the crowd. Don't confuse him as someone with ideals of any kind.

Everyone knows that Giuliani is socially liberal. It's not a secret and it's all that people have talked about since he started his campaign. You can be a liberal and be a Republican. He's fiscally conservative and he's tough on national security. That's the only thing I care about when i'm voting for president.

He is a liberal conservative, no doubt about it. But he wouldn't dare legalize abortion, or support gay rights because it would piss off the Republican base. He is a very pragmatic and intelligent candidate who in my opinion has the best chance of beating Hilliary. And he is anti gun-control by the way.
