i'd like most of the sheet to be white, the tie dye marks would be different colors. how would i do that? and what is the best dye to use?

Tulip makes spray dyes so you can target just the areas you want. I buy them at Jo-Anns.

you would have to do a lot of tying. then dip the material in the die. i would paint the die on the in the areas u want to be different colours. tulip and rit make good dies.
