The sexual humor & inuendo in "Bender's Big Score" is pretty tame compared some of the previous series eps. Although the story begins w/ a trip to a "nude alien" planet, nothing crude is shown on screen & most of the aliens are non-humanoid. They show Fry's butt a few times (because of a tatoo), but usually only a partial cheek is visible.
The most sexually explicit scene I can think of is when Fry is delivering a pkg on the nude planet. When Fry (who also nude from the waist up) asks for a signature, it's SUGGESTED by the dialog that the recipient is using Fry's penis instead of a pen to sign... "hey! that's not a pen!" - but nothing in the visable shot gives it away - it's really more inuendo than a site gag.
If your sister has already seen the eps from the series, and your parents are OK w/ that, then they shouldn't have any reservations about sexual content in the new DVD. I'm not entirely sure why FOX released the DVD as "unrated," but from a Futurama fan point-of-view, there are some really cool tie-ins or allusions to previous storylines that a true fan will appreciate (& have no sexual suggestions, btw).
